These terms apply to your use of kimolia.com and the Kimolia early-access program. By using this website, you agree to them.

Who can use this site

This site is for adults, including teachers and school and district staff. You must be at least 18 to submit a form. Students should not use this site.

Early access

• Early access is free, and joining the list does not commit you or your school to buy anything.
• Kimolia Studio is pre-release. Features, timing, and availability may change, and we may not be able to offer early access to everyone.
• If a school or district uses Kimolia Studio, a separate written agreement will govern that use. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Your information

Please give accurate information and submit only your own details, or details that you have permission to share. Do not include student information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you submit.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to:

• Send spam, malware, or unlawful content.
• Interfere with the site or try to get unauthorized access to it.
• Copy or scrape the site's content by automated means.
• Impersonate another person or organization.

Our content

The content on this site, including text, images, video, and the Kimolia name and logo, belongs to Kimolia, Inc. or its licensors. Kimolia and Kimolia Studio are trademarks of Kimolia, Inc. You may share links to this site, but you may not reuse its content without our permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve Kimolia without any obligation to you.

Public schools and districts
